As a Senior Talent Acquisition at Ajaib, you will be tasked with sourcing high-quality talent across the company's global organization, with hiring opportunities spanning Technology, Product, and Non-Technology functions. You will oversee the recruitment lifecycle for your assigned roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers to define requirements, attract and engage outstanding candidates, and successfully fill positions across various markets. Key Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle recruitment for positions in Tech, Product, and Non-Tech functions. Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, seniority levels, competencies, and hiring priorities. Create targeted sourcing strategies and develop robust candidate pipelines across global talent markets. Carry out candidate screening and assessment while maintaining a high quality standard. Manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. Coordinate with interviewers and hiring managers to maintain an efficient and structured interview process. Handle offer management, negotiation, and closing for successful candidates. Provide hiring managers with relevant talent market insights, including candidate availability, compensation expectations, and market trends. Proactively source and engage passive candidates for critical and hard-to-fill positions. Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure a healthy hiring pipeline. Help improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience. Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where applicable. Share market insights and best practices with the wider Talent Acquisition team. Requirements 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. Demonstrated experience hiring across Technology, Product, and/or Non-Technology roles. Experience with international or global recruitment is strongly preferred. Robust sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities, including experience engaging passive candidates. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven ability to independently manage multiple roles and priorities. Strong candidate assessment, negotiation, and closing skills. Data-driven with comfort using recruitment metrics and hiring pipelines. Excellent English communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
