We are hiring People Operations Admin. Our team has seen rapid growth over the past year, reaching Indonesia's 7th Unicorn Startup and becoming the first Investment Fintech Unicorn in South East Asia 2.5 years after our launch. As the global financial technology market is projected to grow steadily, our goal is to offer stock trading to millennials through a mobile-first approach. In 2022, we moved into a new head office located in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building. In this position, you will handle daily administrative tasks and focus on data-driven work supporting People Operations and Experience, ensuring employee data remains accurate, documents stay organized, and processes run smoothly. This is a suitable entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate seeking practical People-related experience. Responsibilities: - Maintain and update employee records across spreadsheets and HRIS - Create and manage tracking sheets for all People Operations paperwork tasks - Organize employment documents and maintain audit-ready records (e.g., WLKP, WLFK, E-PKWT, and other related documents) - Support onboarding and offboarding administration (e.g., Onboarding Preparations, monitoring probation records, Offboarding) - Assist with data reconciliation, reporting, and ad-hoc People Ops tasks Requirements: - Open to fresh graduates (background in HR / Management / Business / Psychology preferred) - Proficient in spreadsheets with familiarity in formulas, at least familiar with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, importrange, IF, and similar functions - High attention to detail and accuracy - Strong sense of ownership, follows through, and completes tasks on time - Proactive, reliable, and able to handle sensitive data with discretion Nice to Have: - Prior admin or internship experience related to data - Familiarity with HRIS or automation tools Contract Details: - This is a 6-month contracted role Benefits: - Join us as we make magic happen to increase Indonesia's financial inclusion
