TITLE: Recruiting Coordinator REPORTING TO: Lead Recruiter OFFICE LOCATION: Bohemia, NY About Flip Flip provides Voice AI technology that answers phone calls for eCommerce brands and healthcare providers. Hundreds of brands, including Under Armour and Tory Burch in retail as well as Experity and Fast Pace Health in healthcare, rely on Flip to handle millions of phone calls with their customers every month. The company operates on the principle that the best way to grow is to build a referral base as long as the customer list, and that the team is its greatest asset. The team currently numbers 50 and works out of offices in NYC, LA, and the UK. What You'll Do As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in building the team across various roles that support the business. This entry-level position is suited for someone eager to begin a career in tech recruiting, learn how high-growth startups approach hiring, and collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership. You will support the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing top talent to creating a seamless candidate experience—while gaining hands-on exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring in an AI SaaS environment. Responsibilities include: sourcing and engaging candidates for engineering, product, sales, and operations roles; assisting with interview scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones; maintaining accurate candidate data in Greenhouse (ATS); conducting initial screens to evaluate candidates and educate them about Flip; partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements; ensuring a high-quality candidate experience at every stage with attention to both quality and volume for evergreen roles; and supporting recruiting operations, employer branding, and hiring projects as the company scales. The role is eligible for equity in accordance with company policy and subject to board approval. Compensation Range: $55,000 — $70,000 USD Flip's customers span the globe, and so do its offices.
