As a Regional People Partner (HR), you will support branch operations across Central Sulawesi, primarily driving high-volume recruitment of Business Partners (field employees) to ensure the region has the right talent and meets hiring targets. You will also collaborate with branch leaders on employee relations, labor regulation compliance, and People & Culture initiatives. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, collaboration with operational teams, and active involvement in the field. You will lead end-to-end mass hiring for Business Partners across Central Sulawesi and build talent pipelines through job portals, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach. Working with Regional and Branch leaders, you will address workforce needs and achieve hiring targets, manage recruitment from sourcing through onboarding, and handle employee administration in line with company policies and labor regulations. You will support People & Culture initiatives, provide HR guidance to managers and employees, enable people-related initiatives that support business objectives and improve organizational effectiveness, manage employee relations matters, and foster a positive work environment. You will track hiring progress and provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders. Requirements include proven experience as a Regional HR or in a similar role, understanding of the full-cycle mass recruitment process, good knowledge of labor regulations, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated leadership ability. A BSc in Human Resources Management, Law, or a relevant field is required. You must be willing to work with high mobility across Central Sulawesi areas.
