Role overview: The Regional People Partner (HR) will support branch operations across Java. The main responsibility is driving high-volume recruitment for Business Partners (field employees) to ensure the region is staffed with the right talent and hiring targets are achieved. The role also involves collaborating with branch leaders on employee relations, compliance with labor regulations, and People & Culture initiatives. It suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, collaboration with operational teams, and active involvement in the field. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end mass hiring for Business Partners (field employees) across Java. Build talent pipelines through job portals, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach. Work with Regional and Branch leaders to fulfill workforce needs and achieve hiring targets. Manage recruitment from sourcing through onboarding. Handle employee administration and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Support People & Culture initiatives and provide HR guidance to managers and employees. Enable and drive people-related initiatives that support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness. Manage employee relations matters and help foster a positive work environment. Track hiring progress and provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Regional HR or in a similar role; understanding of full-cycle mass recruiting; good knowledge of labor regulations; excellent verbal and written communication skills; leadership abilities; a BSc in Human Resources Management, Law, or a relevant field; and willingness to work with high mobility across Java areas.
