Responsibilities: Building and maintaining good relationships with buyers and PICs across Modern Trade accounts. Supporting the development and opening of Modern Trade accounts, both national and local. Overseeing the execution of listing, promotions, display, and other programs across each account. Monitoring stock availability at outlets and coordinating to maintain inventory while minimizing returns. Assisting in the preparation and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBP) and tracking KPI achievements for each account. Conducting monitoring and reporting on Modern Trade account performance and communicating any issues and opportunities to the Sales Manager. Requirements: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or related field. Experience in Modern Trade, Key Account, Sales, FMCG, Retail, or related area. Understanding of Modern Trade fundamentals including listing, promo, stock, return, display, and sales performance. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with follow-up and coordination across multiple parties. Capable of monitoring and analyzing sales data. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, at minimum for reporting, sales monitoring, stock, and KPI tracking. Detail-oriented, organized in administrative work, and able to work to targets and deadlines. Proactive in identifying issues and finding solutions. Willing to work on-site (WFO) at PIK 1, North Jakarta
