Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Mechanical Design or a comparable position; solid grasp of mechanical engineering first principles; proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred); familiarity with SolidWorks PDM and PLM tools (Arena preferred); understanding of Design for Manufacturing principles; background in electronics packaging design; preferred qualifications include experience in optics design for cameras and/or lighting, as well as structural or thermal design and simulation; a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
