Manage and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and retention for the business department. Work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business operations and goals. Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensure smooth HR operations. Be flexible and willing to be assigned across different business units within the SANY Group as needed. Requires proven experience as an HRBP or in a generalist HR role covering all HR functions. Must have a strong understanding of business operations and how HR can contribute to business success. Must be willing to be placed in Central Sulawesi (Morowali, Baoshuo etc) and open to mobility across SANY Group business units. Ability to start immediately is a massive plus point. Should demonstrate great communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
