Oversee and manage core HR functions such as hiring, employee relations, performance management, and staff retention within the business department. Collaborate closely with business leaders to ensure HR strategies align with overall business operations and goals. Carry out routine HR administrative tasks to maintain smooth day-to-day HR operations. Be open to flexible placement across various business units within the SANY Group as required. Requirements include demonstrated experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role that covers all HR functions. A solid grasp of business operations and how HR contributes to business success is required. Candidates must be willing to be based in the Kalimantan (East or South) area and be open to mobility across SANY Group business units. Ability to start immediately is considered a significant advantage. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are needed.
