Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, provide HR solutions, and support business objectives, particularly for livestream and agency operations. Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, overtime, allowances, deductions, and payroll reconciliation. Administer employee benefits and statutory requirements, including BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, monthly PPh 21 tax calculations, and reporting coordination. Prepare and review compensation packages, salary structures, and job offers to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. Manage and monitor departmental KPIs, align them with company goals, and improve team performance. Handle the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment contracts, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. Support workforce planning, headcount monitoring, recruitment coordination, and manpower allocation based on operational requirements. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, company policies, and HR administrative procedures. Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data to support management decisions. Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking management and cross-functional teams in English. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP in China Company. Background experience in Beauty, Fashion, or e-commerce. Strong knowledge of payroll, BPJS administration, PPh 21, compensation and benefits, and Indonesian labor regulations. Experience in salary calculations, compensation package preparation, and job offer management. Proven experience in KPI management, performance monitoring, or a related role. Fluent English; Mandarin is plus. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in livestreaming, e-commerce, retail, or agency environments is preferred. Can join ASAP is a plus.
