Ajaib seeks an experienced IT Compliance Specialist to support IT governance, regulatory adherence, and technology risk oversight in a regulated securities environment. This position ensures that IT systems, controls, and processes meet capital market regulatory requirements and internal risk standards. Key Responsibilities: Verify IT systems remain compliant with applicable financial services and capital market regulations; conduct IT risk assessments and oversee IT General Controls (ITGC); assist with internal, external, and regulatory audits, including documentation and remediation tracking; uphold and improve IT policies, procedures, and the compliance framework; serve as a liaison among IT, Compliance, Risk, and regulators. Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in IT Compliance, IT Governance, IT Risk, or IT Audit; required experience working in a securities company such as a brokerage, capital market firm, or investment platform; solid understanding of ITGC, risk management, access control, change management, and incident management; familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or comparable frameworks; experience engaging with regulators and supporting audits.
