Ajaib is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Crypto Business Operations professional to oversee liquidity and trading execution across its exchange. The role is responsible for maintaining a competitive market environment, improving liquidity, and managing risk and PnL across trading activities. It covers four core areas: liquidity improvement, USDT/IDR operations, FX tracking, and special projects that enhance business and operational performance. Key responsibilities include maintaining competitive spreads, strong market depth, and consistent execution quality; working with external market makers and liquidity providers to improve liquidity; monitoring trading anomalies, market disruptions, and liquidity risks and escalating issues when needed; keeping USDT/IDR bid–ask pricing competitive with the broader market; managing daily quoting and inventory operations while responding to market conditions; analyzing PnL to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities; managing and monitoring FX exposure and hedging activities; tracking FX movements and their effect on pricing, positions, and PnL and reporting exposure regularly; leading or supporting projects that improve business performance and operational efficiency; converting recurring manual tasks into repeatable processes, dashboards, and automated reports; and collaborating with operations, marketing, business development, product, treasury, and risk teams to define, deliver, and measure improvements. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field; several years of experience in crypto, FX, market making, or trading operations, with demonstrated ownership of a desk, product, or process end-to-end; strong analytical abilities and sound decision-making under pressure with close attention to detail; a solid understanding of market microstructure, order book dynamics, and liquidity mechanics; proficiency in Excel, with SQL and Python considered strong advantages; clear and structured communication skills; and comfort setting priorities independently.
