Role Overview: This Compliance Supervisor position is responsible for ensuring adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls. Key duties include building and maintaining compliance frameworks and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory risks; monitoring business operations, client transactions, and product activities for compliance with applicable laws; preparing and submitting regulatory reports on time; coordinating internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews with timely follow-up on findings and remediation; keeping records and documentation current for regulatory reporting and compliance monitoring; liaising with regulatory bodies and industry associations on compliance matters; conducting compliance gap analysis and risk assessments with effective corrective actions; delivering compliance advisory and internal training; tracking and communicating updates on financial regulations, capital market and securities laws (OJK, IDX, KPEI, KSEI), data protection rules, and other industry standards; and supporting development of management and board-level compliance reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law, Economics, or Accounting. Minimum 4 years of experience in a Compliance role at a fintech company. WPPE certification is mandatory. Strong understanding of capital market and securities laws (OJK, IDX, KPEI, KSEI) and compliance best practices. Experience with regulatory bodies such as OJK, BI, or Bappebti is a plus. Analytical skills, attention to detail, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
