Proficient communication in English both spoken and written 4. Familiar with working in Ms. Office 5. Having a customer/agent database is a plus 6. Willing to work flexibly 7. Skilled in sales techniques and graphic design 8. Based in Bali 9. Able to join immediately. Responsibilities: 1. Communicating and maintaining relations with customers/agents through service and complaint handling 2. Processing incoming customer order administration 3. Coordinating with the operations team regarding availability and driver arrangements 4. Other administrative functions
