Nirvana Life Bali is seeking a Concierge to deliver high-quality guest services by handling inquiries, offering recommendations, managing reservations, and addressing special requests to guarantee a smooth and memorable guest stay. This individual acts as an informed and resourceful contact for all guest needs during their visit. Minimum requirements include at least 2-years experience in the same or a comparable role. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dynamic, and a strong team collaborator. They should be highly motivated, passionate, adaptable, proactive, and guest-focused. They must be able to train and develop staff, build team morale, and implement innovative new ideas. Communication skills in both Bahasa and English (verbal and written) must be excellent. Organizational and time management abilities are essential. Key responsibilities include warmly greeting guests and providing professional, courteous support at all times; assisting with membership reservations, transportation arrangements, and other personal services; responding to guest requests promptly and following up to confirm satisfaction; coordinating special requests while liaising with other departments to meet guest needs; maintaining a professional appearance and upholding company standards in every interaction; logging and tracking guest preferences and special notes in the system for future reference; staying informed about all membership services, promotions, and operating hours; and maintaining guest information confidentiality and privacy at all times. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with hospitality certification or relevant education considered a plus. Previous experience in guest services, front office, or concierge roles is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems is expected. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to stay calm under pressure are important. The candidate should display a friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude and be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
