As the Strategy and Projects Manager, you will oversee and drive strategic initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency and guide Ajaib's strategic direction. Working closely with senior leadership, you will identify strategic priorities, manage key projects, and develop strategic frameworks to optimize business operations. You will lead projects across the organization to ensure alignment with overall strategy and business goals. Responsibilities include establishing and managing KPIs to measure strategic initiative success and refining processes iteratively; collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, improve operations, and implement strategic initiatives; conducting market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities; preparing presentations and reports for the leadership team covering project status, progress, and recommendations; and fostering continuous improvement by identifying best practices for project management and execution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred); 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or operations management, preferably in fintech or tech; strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and produce actionable insights; demonstrated project management experience including defining scope, developing timelines, and managing resources; exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels; a collaborative mindset with proven cross-team relationship-building ability; proactive problem-solving with the ability to identify challenges and create strategic solutions; passion for fintech and knowledge of investment products is a plus.
