The AI Success Manager partners with Fortune 500 customers to translate AI capabilities into actionable outcomes, drive product adoption, and measure business results. The role spans strategy consulting, AI product expertise, and account ownership — collaborating with executives, operations leaders, technical teams, and contact center staff. Key Responsibilities: - Deeply understand Cresta's products in real customer environments, guide customers on feature usage, and directly handle prompt design, workflow setup, or rule configuration as needed. Stay current on new product capabilities. - Work with multiple stakeholders to understand goals, constraints, and workflows. Provide clear recommendations on-site or remote. Bridge strategy and execution to move customers from ideas to working systems. - Identify performance improvement opportunities and expand use cases. Use data and actual usage to refine deployment for measurable impact. - Maintain overall account health across a portfolio, including renewals and risk awareness. Run periodic business reviews and drive project management on progress and priorities.
