About The Role: The Treasury Operation Lead supervises day-to-day cash movement, payment and settlement processes, bank and treasury reconciliation, liquidity monitoring, and operational controls across multiple entities. This role is essential to guarantee transactions are carried out accurately and on schedule, while upholding proper controls and reducing operational and liquidity risks. Leaving this position unfilled would increase reliance on current team members, diminish operational oversight, and raise the risks of delayed transactions, reconciliation backlogs, and control gaps. Responsibilities: Oversee daily Treasury Operations including cash positioning, fund transfers, payments, settlements, and bank transactions across multiple entities. Monitor daily liquidity and confirm adequate funds are available to meet business and operational needs. Ensure treasury transactions are carried out accurately, completely, and within the agreed SLA. Supervise bank and treasury reconciliations and guarantee outstanding items are identified, investigated, and resolved promptly. Maintain robust operational controls including proper authorization, maker-checker processes, supporting documentation, and transaction traceability. Work closely with Accounting, Business, and other relevant teams to address treasury-related operational issues. Identify process gaps and drive improvements via automation, system enhancement, and simplification of manual processes, particularly for Payment Business (Poket) Transactions. Maintain treasury SOPs, controls, and documentation to support internal control, audit, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in Treasury Operations, preferably in fintech, payment, banking, or financial services, with exposure to managing transactions across multiple entities. Solid understanding of treasury operations and liquidity management including cash positioning, fund transfers, payments, settlements, bank transactions, and bank/treasury reconciliation. Strong operational control and risk management capabilities with experience in maker-checker processes, transaction authorization, documentation, SLA management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance. Robust problem-solving and process improvement skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive automation, system enhancements, and process simplification, particularly for Payment Business (Poket) transactions.
