About The Job The Strategy & Projects team at Ajaib plays a critical role in shaping and executing the company's most important strategic priorities. We are seeking highly driven, analytical, and proactive individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy tackling complex business challenges. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, enhance organizational effectiveness, and accelerate the execution of key business priorities. Key Responsibilities - Lead and support high-priority strategic initiatives that drive business growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business assessments to generate actionable insights and support executive decision-making. - Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive execution against company objectives. - Manage end-to-end projects, including planning, stakeholder management, execution tracking, and post-implementation reviews. - Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and recommendations for leadership discussions and strategic planning. - Establish performance metrics, monitor key initiatives, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders. - Drive alignment across teams and ensure strategic priorities are translated into measurable outcomes. - Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities to help shape the company's long-term strategy. Requirements - Experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, project management, or related fields is preferred. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate strategy, consulting, or executive support role. - Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. - Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects independently. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
