The Regional People Partner (HR) will support branch operations throughout South Sumatera, with a main emphasis on high-volume recruitment for Business Partners (field employees) to meet staffing needs and hiring targets in the region. In addition to recruitment, the role involves collaborating with branch leaders on employee relations, ensuring adherence to labor regulations, and rolling out People & Culture initiatives. The position suits individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting, work well with operational teams, and are willing to be active in the field. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end mass hiring for Business Partners (field employees) across South Sumatera; developing talent pipelines through job portals, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach; partnering with Regional and Branch leaders to meet workforce needs and hiring targets; managing recruitment from sourcing through onboarding; handling employee administration and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations; supporting People & Culture initiatives and offering HR guidance to managers and employees; enabling people-related initiatives aligned with business objectives to boost organizational effectiveness; managing employee relations and helping cultivate a positive work environment; and tracking hiring progress while delivering regular recruitment updates to stakeholders. Requirements: proven work experience in a Regional HR or similar capacity; understanding of full cycle mass recruiting; solid knowledge of labor regulations; excellent verbal and written communication skills; leadership capabilities; BSc in Human Resources Management, Law, or a relevant field; willingness to work with high mobility to Nusa Tenggara areas.
