Junior Recruiter (Jogja) As a Junior Recruiter at KitaLulus, you will support end-to-end talent sourcing by identifying, engaging, and screening potential candidates for our client partners. Key responsibilities: Use LinkedIn, specialized databases, and creative sourcing methods to find candidates who are not actively looking for a job. Reach out to potential candidates and communicate the vision of our client partners. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates beyond their résumés. Keep the database clean and ensure promising candidates are not overlooked. Research industries to understand the key players in specific sectors. Job requirements: Confident and clear communication with anyone, from junior developers to C-suite executives. Resilience and a positive outlook, as headhunting involves many rejections before securing a successful candidate. A strong interest in learning how different businesses operate and what contributes to success in a person’s career. 0-2 years of experience. Fresh graduates with high energy and a great attitude are also welcome. Comfortable using English for daily and professional communication, both written and verbal.
