HR Manager (KLI-99) Company: KitaLulus The role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, supporting organizational growth through workforce planning and talent management initiatives, and providing strategic HR advice to management. It oversees recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain talent, ensures effective manpower planning aligned with business requirements, and develops employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline. A master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage. Professional qualifications in Human Resources, such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, PQHRM, CHRM, or equivalent, are preferred. Training or certifications in Labor Law, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Leadership Development are added advantages. Minimum 8-10 years of Human Resources experience, including managerial experience, is required. Expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition, learning and development program management, performance management, and succession planning is required.
