Accountant (KLI-101) Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections. Monitor production costs, inventory movements, and stock valuations, including manufacturing cost analysis. Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial performance analysis. Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements. Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain effective financial controls. Use ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to maintain data accuracy and improve finance processes. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is required. Candidates need a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and strong knowledge of financial accounting, general ledger, financial reporting, and account reconciliation. Experience in cost accounting, inventory control, and manufacturing cost analysis is highly preferred. A good understanding of Indonesian taxation, statutory compliance, and audit processes is required. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent is required. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, integrity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are necessary. Fluency in English is required. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:30-17:00. All genders are accepted, with no age limit and a minimum of 3 years of experience. Required skills include Budget Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Tax Analysis.
