Job Responsibilities Include working alongside business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, and performance management. Spot people-related challenges and suggest practical solutions rooted in HR data and business priorities. Assist leaders with talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development. Provide guidance on employee relations matters according to company policies and Indonesian labor regulations. Work together with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other HR teams to deliver effective people programs. Track HR indicators such as turnover, productivity, and employee engagement, and propose improvements. Help with organizational changes and assist leaders in communicating them clearly to their teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including experience in an HR Business Partner role or a comparable position. Experience collaborating with business leaders across multiple functions or locations. Solid understanding of performance management, employee relations, talent development, and Indonesian labor regulations. Capability to translate HR data into clear, actionable recommendations. Strong communication, consulting, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in the travel, hospitality, services sector, or a business with multiple branches is considered an advantage.
