PT Abhinaya Energi Nusantara is seeking a Human Capital Supervisor to manage HR operations and support business performance through effective people management. The position is based in BSD, Tangerang. Responsibilities include managing manpower planning and the end-to-end recruitment process, overseeing payroll, attendance, overtime and BPJS administration, handling the employee lifecycle from onboarding through mutation, resignation and termination, monitoring KPI and performance appraisal processes, developing training programs and conducting Training Needs Analysis, ensuring compliance with labor law and company policies, preparing HR reports and workforce analytics, and implementing employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications required: a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Human Resources at Supervisor level preferred. Candidates should have strong knowledge of payroll, BPJS, and labor regulations, experience handling end-to-end HR processes, strong leadership, communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
