Lexio Construction is seeking an HR & GA Staff with at least 1 year of experience and a bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology or Management to oversee daily people operations and general affairs. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and personnel administration; supporting internal communication, employee engagement, and HR policy compliance; handling office inventory, facility maintenance, vendor relations, and operational supplies; overseeing building maintenance, office equipment, and coordination with external vendors or building management; and maintaining employee records, digital filing, and processing operational letters or permits. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology or Management, a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR and General Affairs functions, proficiency in basic HR administration, recruitment processes, and general office management, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. The role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
