Job Description: Assist with the implementation of Performance Appraisal and help identify employee training and development needs. Guarantee that all HR policies, company regulations, and practices align with the latest labor laws. Compile regular HR metrics and reports for management review and decision-making. Oversee the full recruitment process, from job posting and screening to interviewing and onboarding new employees. Address employee relations issues by facilitating communication between management and employees to sustain a positive work environment. Manage and maintain employee administrative records, covering attendance, leave, overtime, and contract renewals (PKWT/PKWTT). Administer company compensation and benefits, including payroll data recapitulation and BPJS processes. Work with all departments to support overall HR operations and internal company events. Perform additional HR generalist and operational duties assigned by management. Job Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field. At least 2–3 years of working experience as an HR Generalist or in a comparable role. Thorough and current knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws and regulations. Practical experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, and basic compensation/benefits. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and HRIS or attendance systems. Capable of maintaining high confidentiality and integrity regarding employee and company data. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
