Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, contracts, employee records, attendance, payroll, THR, BPJS, and PPh 21. Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, transfers, resignations, and termination processes. Take care of RPTKA, work permits, and KITAS. Support performance reviews, training programs, and monthly HR reports. Oversee office supplies, assets, budgets, and company documentation. Coordinate visits from China HQ, clients, and government officials. Handle document translation across Chinese, English, and Indonesian languages along with filing. Assist with inspections, permits, and compliance matters. Coordinate communication between Chinese management and local staff. Support China HQ policies and bilingual reporting. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in HRGA / HR & Administration. Fluency in Mandarin is a must. Capable of working independently as an HRGA generalist. Experience with payroll, BPJS, PPh 21, labor relations, and Indonesian labor regulations. Experience managing RPTKA, work permits, and KITAS. Experience liaising with government authorities. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
