Requirements: A minimum bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Management, or a related field. At least 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources, including experience in a managerial/supervisory capacity. Solid understanding of HR Management, HRIS, Recruitment & Selection, Payroll & Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, along with HR policies and procedures. Familiar with applicable Indonesian labor regulations, including industrial relations and employment practices. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to direct, develop, and evaluate all departments. Ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with the company's needs and objectives. Analytical and problem-solving skills, including analyzing HR data and providing insights and recommendations to management. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships with employees at all organizational levels. Good negotiation, conflict resolution, and employee relations skills. Effective in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with multiple priorities. Ability to work with data and HR metrics to support decision-making. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiar with an HRIS system is a plus. Willing to be mobile to Head Office, Factory, and Branch locations as needed by the company. Upholds integrity, maintains data confidentiality, and demonstrates a results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
