Over 7 years of experience as HR Generalist with a minimum of 2 years at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level. Knowledge of labor law, employment regulations, and payroll and tax practices. Proficient in HR administration, documentation, and data management. Full comprehension of HR functions and best practices. Good communication skills in English (not required). CHRP or CHCM certification is an added advantage. Responsibilities: Collaborate with management to align strategic HR goals with business initiatives. Handle routine operational HR functions and services including recruitment, employee contracts, employee database, WLKP, payroll, tax, Coretax, BPJS, and Private Insurance. Manage the performance management process covering goal-setting, performance appraisal, and employee development planning. Identify skill gaps across the workforce and develop training and development programs. Ensure the organization's compliance with local regulations. Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders. General Affairs Management. Facility Management: Supervise maintenance and operation of office facilities, including managing vendors for cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
