About the Role A dynamic, results-driven Growth Marketing Head is sought to lead and drive growth marketing strategies across products and mobile app. The role involves close collaboration with business units to design and execute initiatives supporting customer acquisition, engagement, and transactions (e.g., loans, payments, and investments). The successful candidate will play a key part in advancing digital adoption while ensuring product growth across designated products. Responsibilities Growth and Marketing Strategy: Partner with business units to design and implement marketing initiatives for customer acquisition and retention. Develop strategies to expand the active user base and increase transaction frequency for key products. Digital Adoption: Lead digital adoption efforts for the mobile app and specific products, driving installs, registrations, and sustained usage. Identify and address barriers to digital engagement, tailoring initiatives to different customer segments. Campaign Execution: Oversee performance marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle initiatives to meet KPIs. Leverage data insights to optimize acquisition and engagement across channels. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, business development, and customer experience teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps. Serve as a link between marketing and operations to ensure seamless campaign implementation. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to track customer behavior and campaign performance. Generate insights to guide future strategies and improve ROI. Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or digital-first companies. Demonstrated success in growing digital products or financial services offerings. Previous business experience in lending products, investment products, or payment products. Prior roles in product management, marketing, business development, or sales management. Hands-on experience in performance marketing, customer lifecycle management, or digital adoption initiatives.
