As a Digital Growth Specialist within the Strategy & Growth for Agent Network team, the role focuses on scaling the network and strengthening the digital footprint of Amarthalink. The position suits a strategic thinker with solid digital capabilities to help grow and reinforce presence across various communities, particularly for candidates passionate about digital acquisition and data-driven growth. Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive digital acquisition strategy grounded in segment behavior, business goals, user research, and competitor benchmarking; driving location-based acquisition initiatives through collaboration with product, marketing, and data science teams to optimize targeting and deepen market penetration in key areas; working with marketing to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive acquisition for the Amarthalink agent network; regularly monitoring and analyzing digital campaign performance including paid ads, SEO, and ASO for optimal reach and engagement; conducting in-depth data analysis on agent network performance covering acquisition rates, location coverage, and agent activity; using analytical tools to produce detailed reports and visualizations highlighting trends, successes, and improvement areas; tracking key acquisition metrics such as installs, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS); coordinating with relevant teams to manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively while ensuring spending delivers optimal ROI and supports strategic growth objectives; aligning digital strategies with overall business goals by working closely with teams in the Strategy & Growth department; preparing regular reports with insights into digital performance and strategic recommendations for further growth; and gathering insights and collaborating on initiatives across product, data, marketing, and research functions. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred); over 3 years of experience in growth with a focus on digital acquisition; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights; strong presentation and communication skills for conveying insights and strategies to stakeholders; a solid background in data analytics; the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; experience in the retail or telecommunications sector, particularly in managing or growing agent networks; advanced skills in data visualization, data analytics tools, and digital marketing analytics tools; and preferably knowledge of digital acquisition fundamentals, trends, and best practices.
