Entering 2025, Amartha is transitioning into a technology-driven financial ecosystem focused on lending, funding, and payments through innovation and digital solutions aimed at improving accessibility, streamlining processes, and enhancing the user experience. Responsibilities: - Assist with community plan development and the execution of online and offline programs across multiple cities - Handle WhatsApp Communities, Channels, and Groups, covering setup, member acquisition, and ongoing engagement - Collaborate with Field Office teams to introduce programs and attract community members - Plan and distribute content, including WhatsApp blast captions, working alongside the creative team - Address member inquiries, gather feedback, and coordinate complaint resolution with the relevant teams - Monitor community growth, digital adoption, content performance, and program effectiveness - Travel to support community activities and coordination when necessary Requirements: - Available for a 6-month internship - Fresh graduates or individuals who have completed their studies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable managing online communities and interacting with members - Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously - Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting - Available to travel outside the city on a weekly basis - Familiarity with WhatsApp Communities, social media, or community management is considered an advantage
