Responsibilities include ensuring distribution of accounts/loans to the field collection team according to bucket allocation; making sure all Field Collectors know and understand the KPIs they must meet; reviewing Quality Control (QC) results from Field Collection activities; compiling Field Collector performance reports; preparing incentive calculations based on performance and the applicable scheme; ensuring Field Collector visit memos to customers are properly recorded in the system; providing coaching to low-performing FC team members; ensuring there are no high-risk findings that could impact the business; compiling, documenting, and monitoring the effectiveness of Collection strategies and procedures; and monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of all Collection strategies. Area coverage: Binjai, Kota Medan, Langkat. Requirements: at least 2 years of experience as a Field Collection Team Leader or Supervisor; minimum Diploma (D3) in any field; good knowledge of the Collection process; strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead a team; ability to read and analyze Collection reports; good understanding of control, monitoring, and coaching functions; ability to work under pressure and be target-oriented; high motivation, ability to work independently without close supervision, ability to make decisions, and strong self-discipline.
