Responsibilities: Ensure distribution of accounts/loans to the field collection team according to bucket allocation Ensure all Field Collectors know and understand the KPIs to be achieved Review Quality Control (QC) results of Field Collection activities Prepare FC performance reports Prepare incentive calculations based on performance and the applicable scheme Ensure Field Collector visit memos to customers are properly recorded in the system Provide coaching to FC team members with low performance Ensure no high-risk findings that could impact the business Develop, document, and monitor the effectiveness of Collection strategies and procedures Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all Collection strategies Area Coverage: Bima, Sumbawa Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Field Collection Team Leader or Supervisor Minimum Diploma (D3) education from any field of study Good knowledge of the Collection process Strong leadership qualities and the ability to build and lead a team Able to read and analyze Collection reports Good understanding of control, monitoring, and coaching functions Able to work under pressure and be target-oriented Highly motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, able to make decisions, and has a strong sense of control At Amartha, diversity, equality, and inclusion are important parts of creating a comfortable and mutually respectful work environment.
