TOUR & TRAVEL ADMIN INTERNSHIP The company is looking for an organized Tour & Travel Admin. With plans to expand, the team seeks a responsible person to support all office data needs. Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support in the team for daily operations. 2. Manage all documentation and databases or other related administrative tasks. 3. Assist in preparing data recaps and other administrative documents. 4. Perform data entry with high accuracy and be responsible for final checking all data. 5. Assist in preparing pre-tour arrangements. 6. Prepare corporate and general sales reporting for the Travel Division. 7. Support coordination and teamwork with internal teams and other divisions in the office. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field (fresh graduates welcome) 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 3. Detail-oriented and eager to learn 4. Being responsible within teamwork to achieve the best result 5. Have strong principles and good communication within the team 6. Basic knowledge of administrative procedures is an advantage.
