This role involves sourcing new B2B clients, following up on proposals, managing sales administration, and ensuring that the order-to-delivery process runs smoothly. Requirements: 1. Female, aged 30 or below. 2. Minimum educational level of SMA/SMK. 3. At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Admin. 4. Knowledge of packaging products is an added advantage. 5. Good communication skills, proactive, and strong negotiation abilities. 6. Used to preparing daily reports and conducting stock opname. 7. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. 8. Detail-oriented, responsible, and target-driven. Job Description: 1. Finding new customers through digital channels. 2. Identifying contact persons (Purchasing) of companies with potential to become customers according to targets set by supervisors. 3. Reaching out and following up with prospective customers as well as existing ones. 4. Explaining products and preparing price quotations. 5. Entering customer and order data. 6. Coordinating with the team to ensure orders are shipped in line with customer orders. 7. Preparing daily reports. 8. Conducting stock opname every month. 9. Willing to travel out of town for business trips when needed.
