Position: Technical Support (Hosting & Cloud) – Jakarta About the Position – Work Location: DKI Jakarta. We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support to join the Qwords team in supporting cloud hosting and managed services customers. You will be at the forefront of ensuring customer service runs smoothly, from server activation to real-time technical troubleshooting. What You Will Do: - Perform periodic monitoring and maintenance of servers and networks - Activate hosting and server services for new customers - Handle customer technical questions and issues via tickets, live chat, and phone - Conduct periodic server audits and document incidents - Provide product/service recommendations that fit customer needs Qualifications We Seek: - Minimum D3/S1 in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields - Experience with cloud and web hosting (cPanel, Plesk, or similar) - Understanding of basic Linux command line commands - Understanding of how DNS records work (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS) - Understanding of SSL/TLS installation and functionality - Experience in installation, configuration, maintenance of servers and network devices - Familiar with DNS management, web server, mail server, and database server administration - Understanding of basic networking: Routing, Fiber Optics, Wireless, FTTH - Good communication skills, patient, and customer-oriented - Willing to work in shifts (including nights and weekends) - Able to communicate in English - Experience in hosting/ISP/data center industry - Understanding of WordPress and its troubleshooting - Proactive and able to work as a team - Available to join the SHIFTING schedule (Morning/Afternoon/Night or holidays) Added Value (Not Mandatory): - Familiar with virtualization: OpenStack, Proxmox, VMware, Virtualizor - Familiar with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, or Grafana
