The company is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate individual for the following role: Technical Sales Representative (TSR), based in Jakarta. Responsibilities include actively identifying and pursuing new business and sales opportunities; developing and executing sales plans to meet assigned targets; understanding customers' technical and commercial needs and delivering suitable, customized solutions; building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients; preparing sales proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and finalizing deals; handling customer concerns, complaints, and objections in a professional manner; coordinating with internal teams to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of products and services; and consistently delivering high-quality customer service and technical support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Engineering, Chemistry, Science, or another relevant discipline; maximum age of 35 years; a minimum of two years of demonstrated sales experience, with experience in the paint, ink, plastics, chemicals, additives, or related industries considered an advantage; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken; strong negotiation, analytical, consultative selling, and customer service capabilities; target-driven, self-motivated, resilient, persistent, and hardworking; excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach; capable of working effectively under pressure and managing multiple priorities; proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel; and willing to travel for customer visits and other business needs.
