Position: Service Consultant (Frontliner - Cashier) - Medan Company: EUROMEDICA GROUP Requirements: Neat and polite appearance; minimum education of SMU or D3 in any field; at least 2 years of experience as a frontliner, cashier, and inventory in the hospitality, beauty clinic, gym, or dental sector; fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; service-oriented, disciplined, and with strong communication skills; detail-oriented, meticulous, honest, and responsible. Job responsibilities: Welcoming arriving clients at the front desk in a friendly and courteous manner; providing information on available products and treatments; handling client registration; managing phone activities; managing walk-in clients, guests, and visitors by greeting them with a welcoming manner; scheduling treatment appointments for clients; processing payment transactions; recording product stock in and out; and preparing reports on transactions, product stock movements, and client arrivals.
