Service Advisor - Bandung (Sales) - PT EVALVO Responsibilities: Serving as the primary point of contact for customers in delivering after-sales service in a professional and prompt manner. Grasping customer needs and offering consultation, recommendations, and solutions aligned with the company's products and services. Conducting follow-ups with customers to guarantee satisfaction, maintain positive relationships, and encourage loyalty and repeat business. Spotting sales opportunities and presenting value-added solutions to customers to help meet the company's sales targets. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed properly and on schedule. Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively and ensuring they are resolved successfully. Offering suitable recommendations for products, services, and solutions based on customer needs to boost customer satisfaction and support the achievement of sales targets. Monitoring the evolution of customer needs and providing feedback on business opportunities and service quality improvements. Qualifications: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor, After Sales, Customer Service, Sales, or a related role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Target-oriented with the capability to sell through a consultative (solution selling) approach. Ability to recognize customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions. Skill in managing customer complaints professionally with a focus on customer satisfaction. Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid SIM A and/or SIM C. Willing to travel for business visits to see customers when required.
