Xendit is an enterprise payments platform supporting complex financial operations across Southeast Asia and global markets. Its unified API layer brings together payment processing, global payouts, localized FX, identity compliance, and fraud protection. Backed by top-tier global investors, Xendit processes high-throughput transaction flows for global platforms such as Meta, Traveloka, ByteDance, Wise, and Grab. Xendit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the next generation of XenPlatform, one of the most complex products in its payment processing stack. The role is responsible for setting the product’s overall direction and ensuring it serves marketplaces and platforms across all regions. It requires both long-term strategic thinking and the ability to break down complex problems for engineering teams. The successful candidate will bring payments expertise, experience building global products at scale, and strong commercial judgement to ensure products support all markets and scale sustainably. The role includes full ownership of team strategy, priorities, and outcomes, along with autonomy to define XenPlatform’s next phase. Responsibilities include leading the product strategy and roadmap, balancing competing stakeholder requests across teams, and clearly explaining prioritisation frameworks to senior leadership. The role also involves understanding enterprise customers across marketplaces, embedded finance, and SaaS platforms; using customer feedback to shape the longer-term roadmap; and partnering with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and GTM to define Xendit’s ideal customer profile (ICP). Additional responsibilities include designing intuitive API and Xendit Dashboard experiences so merchants can understand platform performance and reconcile their data accurately, building scalable account structures that reflect enterprise merchant organisations, and working with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality products and features on time. XenPlatform features should be on par with or better than market offerings. Requirements include 5+ years of product management experience in fintech and/or B2B products, experience in payment processing involving acquiring/issuing or cross-border payouts, and experience with onboarding and KYC/KYB flows. Candidates should have a record of driving roadmaps and execution across cross-functional teams while owning north-star metrics such as TPV, conversion, or retention. They should also understand the technical, regulatory, and operational challenges of building global financial products; communicate clearly and concisely across audiences; demonstrate strong analytical skills and comfort using data to understand customer behaviour and make decisions; and possess strong commercial acumen to balance commercial and product requirements.
