Job Description: Own the full lifecycle of cash management, mutual fund and wealth products, from conceptualization through launch and ongoing optimization. This involves collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery. Develop a strategic roadmap for cash management products specific to your product scope, taking into account market trends, customer needs, and business objectives. Work across teams to contribute insights, ideas, and features toward a cohesive product roadmap strategy. Identify and mitigate risks associated with cash management, mutual fund and wealth products, including liquidity risk, operational risk, and regulatory compliance. Analyze data to create recommendations and carry out product experiments aimed at improving key metrics. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of product development experience with deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and cash management. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to commercialization.
