The role involves leading Training Needs Analysis to identify organizational and employee development needs. Tasks include designing, developing, and implementing training strategies and programs that align with business objectives, as well as overseeing end-to-end training activities covering planning, coordination, facilitation, and evaluation. The position requires collaboration with department heads and management to build employee competencies, leadership capabilities, and performance, while evaluating training effectiveness and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Managing training budgets, external vendors, learning resources, and training reports is also part of the job. Additionally, driving continuous learning initiatives and supporting the company's talent development strategy falls under this role. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2–5 years of relevant HR experience. Experience in fintech, forex, financial services, brokerage, banking, or regulated industries is considered an advantage. Candidates should have experience in Training Needs Analysis, training program development, and evaluation, possess strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
