Job Responsibilities: Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients. Understand customer needs and provide suitable logistics solutions. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and support sales activities. Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners to ensure smooth operations. Monitor shipments and handle operational issues when needed. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1). At least 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding sales or import/export operations. Experience in acquiring new clients and managing customer relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Logistics industry experience is preferred. Holding a driver's license is preferred but not required. Good time management and problem-solving skills. Location: Cikarang, work from office.
