Candidates must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in areas such as Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, Customer Service, or Translation, and must be proficient in both English and Vietnamese. Key duties involve translating content from English to Vietnamese, customizing outreach to match local market strategies, and qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. Outreach must be conducted across multiple channels including calls, emails, social media (LinkedIn), instant messaging, and events marketing. Responsibilities also include explaining products, services, and pricing to prospects; collecting and verifying details such as company information, contact information, and tech stack from engagement touchpoints, online sources, and purchased lists; logging conversation details in the CRM including current setup, evaluation timelines, and pain points; scheduling appointments (online or in person) for the client's sales representatives to meet prospects and attend sales presentations or discovery calls; fostering long-term trusting relationships with clients; proactively identifying new business opportunities; and reporting to the Production Manager/Client Success Manager on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. The role requires staying current with new products and services, with product training and support provided. The program assignment covers a minimum of 2 Accounts, and the client's CRM must be used for outreach and record updates. Additional tasks may be assigned by the direct supervisor.
