Maintain and monitor partner stores (telco/retail) that have already established cooperation with the company to ensure the partnership runs smoothly. Input, process, and manage sales data and administration related to partner stores. Support sales activities by preparing reports, sales documents, and communication materials. Serve as the point of contact for partner stores regarding product availability, promotions, and issue resolution. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, marketing) to ensure timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment. Assist in monitoring store performance and provide feedback or improvement suggestions to management. Minimum S1 degree required, preferably in Mandarin Literature, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Must speak active Mandarin with strong communication skills. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Admin, Account Support, or related role in retail/distribution. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing sales and partner data. Communicative and able to maintain professional relationships with partner stores. Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or other administrative tools. Proactive, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
