Maintain cleanliness, organisation and hygiene standards throughout the dining area. Conduct staff briefings and training covering menu items, specials and service procedures. Assist with staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during service times. Handle reservations, special requests and guest communications. Report operational issues to management and suggest improvements. Support inventory management and efficient use of restaurant resources. Ensure compliance with health, safety and food service regulations. Candidates need a minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or a comparable hospitality management role. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected, along with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Sound knowledge of restaurant operations including service procedures and dining etiquette is necessary. Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems is required. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage. Food safety and hygiene certification is preferred.
