Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple F&B outlets while maintaining consistent service quality and brand standards. Manage and develop area management teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations. Track financial performance across the portfolio, covering budgets, costs, revenue targets, and profitability. Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with local regulations and company policies. Perform regular inspections and quality audits to uphold operational standards and customer satisfaction. Formulate and carry out strategies aimed at boosting revenue, lowering costs, and enhancing operational efficiency. Handle staff scheduling, recruitment, and retention efforts within the area. Coordinate with head office functions such as finance, human resources, and marketing for smooth operations. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction levels. Review performance metrics and deliver regular reports to senior management. What we're looking for: Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or area management position. Demonstrated history of managing multiple F&B outlets or venues concurrently. Strong financial capabilities with proven ability to handle budgets, manage costs, and achieve profitability. Outstanding leadership and people management abilities with a talent for motivating and developing teams. Comprehensive understanding of hospitality operations, food safety standards, and health regulations in Indonesia. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across all levels of the organisation. Problem-solving orientation with sharp attention to detail and organisational abilities.
