**Remedial Officer - Pamekasan (East Java)** **Job Responsibilities:** Managing and ensuring timely execution of overdue accounts receivable (A/R Overdue) collection activities. Conducting collection and/or vehicle unit repossessions for customers whose payments are overdue by 1–60 days. Submitting collected funds to the teller or through the company's application and handing over repossessed vehicle units to the warehouse with complete documentation. Ensuring that units received are the financed assets of the company. Explaining and offering rehabilitation programs, which include adjustments to the debtor's payment schedule or duration and changes to the financing terms underlying the credit (rescheduling and restructuring). Reporting visit outcomes and communicating any difficulties encountered during visits to the supervisor (A/R Head or Collection Head). **Qualifications:** Minimum D3/S1 degree in any field. Open to recent graduates. At least 1 year of relevant work experience is a plus. Understands the multifinance business process and is target-oriented. Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation ability, integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty. Based at Adira Finance Branch Pamekasan (East Java).
